Went in to have my throttle body checked after my car stalled twice at a red light. I only asked for a quick inspection to see if cleaning was needed. Instead, I was asked to wait a long time and then told to leave my keys without any clear explanation of what would be done or the cost. My concern wasn’t properly addressed, and no straightforward answer was given. Overall, poor communication and lack of transparency. Not a good experience.

This place is terrible literally 3 guys circle jerking each other in the main office I ask for help with a tire and the guy said he has no one to spare to look at my tire cause all his guys are busy circle jerking each other in the office , don’t understand why you would have tires in your business name if you aren’t gonna help with a tire ?

I had an amazing experience at Cobra. I came in to get all 4 tires replaced. I had no issues scheduling, the guy on the phone was very professional and friendly! They knocked my car out quick and gave me a sweet deal. I definitely recommend cobra for all of your cars needs! Now she runs like a dream!!!!!
