Terrible post sale support and service. Owners are incredibly rude. Regret spending $10k here on a hot tub.Edit - this review is from 2019 but still stands true. There are many other negative reviews that align with my experience. Buyers beware.
I'm really disappointed with the service I received from Cobra Pools and Spas within the past 3 years. The customer service is poor, and the installation of our pool liner was subpar. They did a terrible job patching a hole with a broomstick, and scheduling visits to our house was unorganized. I would not recommend them to anyone, working with them is a nightmare.
There is no other place. This place is full of wonderful people- genuine and sincere. I couldn't recommend it enough.
