Unreliable. Do not call, plumber doesn't show up. I called our local plumber Mark from Cobra Plumbing and he said he would be available for a lunchtime visit on 17th April 2024 - he didn't show up. I texted him asking if he needed to reschedule and he told me 7:30am on the 18th (today). He didn't show up again. Unprofessional and unreliable and won't even tell you he's not showing up. Waste of time.
I had a hot water system burst and mark was booked out so wasn’t able to attend but has called around and put so much work helping me find someone that was able to come out and do the job for me. Amazing customer service when he wasn’t even going to get paid/be able to do the job. Thanks heaps.
Very nice guy and very honest with pricing. What Mark charged me was less than 1/4 of what another plumber quoted - so I am very sure that his pricing is based on real costs and time. Thanks Mark!
