Hey strata managers! See below for CIS customer service in action. TL;DR: take your business to someone who cares and doesn't cut corners. (Google "cobra integrated systems piracy".) Our building enterphones' two-line LCDs keep dying, rendering them unusable—already a little suspicious. CIS takes anywhere from 2 to 24 weeks to show up on site to perform repairs ***for a $10 part that can be replaced in 15 minutes with a soldering iron***. Emergency phone line waited 15+ min for someone to answer the phone! No emergency phone line waited 25+ min and still no answer!!!!!
