Cobra Cycle office staff are pleasant but the actual mechanical work the technicians do is garbage. If you value your motorcycle just take it to a real Harley Davidson dealership. Spent $2,000 here for work that was very sub-par, specifically the electrical work they do.
Great customer service.
I had Cobra do some repairs, and was given an estimate before the work, as usual. When I came to pay my bill, the final amount was considerably higher than originally quoted. Roughly half of the difference lay in unforeseen conditions-to be expected when an estimate is given. The other half boiled down to a diagnostic fee, that I disputed.
