From start to finish, the communication was terrible—especially with Alfredo, who was handling our repairs. It was nearly impossible to get updates unless we constantly followed up, and even then, it took days to get a response. I had my husband's work van repaired from an accident here the girls/receptionist are nice and helpful. Alfredo was quick to assess what had to be repaired and worked with my insurance co. I am very happy with the work they did and their professionalism.
I just want to take the opportunity to thank James and specially to Mr. Alfredo Bovati for the amazing work on my truck despite all the obstacles he fought really hard with my car insurance to pay for right parts and labor for my brand new truck.
