Huge shout-out to Geoff, owner of Cobra Car Alarms in Bondi Junction. I recently purchased a Cobra Car Alarm and there was a small issue after installation. Geoff's post-sale customer service was legendary! He accommodated my needs, fixed the issue promptly and just flat out bent over backwards to ensure I was satisfied. The Cobra Car Alarm is great. Do not trust this guy Tony.! I asked him for a Cobra alarm system to be installed a couple of years ago but instead he installed a cheaper Anti-theft. system. He did not wire it properly, so it did not work either and he charged me more for it too! Saying my car was an a rare model.. I know what to expect because I had a Cobra system installed professionally in Melbourne before. Be careful he promises the world, but he does not return your calls when there is a problem. Dodgy!
Exceptional service from a team that insist on getting everything right in the installation of a car alarm in our Toyota 86. Don’t let anyone else install an alarm. This is a team that know what they are doing! We now have peace of mind knowing our car is safe from thieves while we are asleep at night and we get a text if we are away from the car and it is tampered with. Great product and faultless service.
Still one of the best security systems.
This is not an actual Cobra dealer but rather a reseller of another brand's product. Definitely NOT what I was after The gentleman on the phone did explain why.
