We had an ultrasound scheduled. When we arrived my daughter had forgotten her requisition. We tried a few ways to access it but we could not get it. The receptionist said they would have to rebook. The date was weeks away. I asked if any other clinic would have a faster appt. She rudely stated no. I decided to contact westney heights xray clinic in Ajax. They had an opening that afternoon. Had an ultrasound with Wanda. She was amazing, walked me through every part of the ultrasound and what to expect. The clinic is very clean. the front desk staff was so kind and helpful. 100% would recommend

For three months in a row - this clinic scheduled my appointment wrong. I had an ultra sound that needed to be done a specific time and they would reschedule me or give me the wrong times. If you need something done that isn’t time sensitive - it’s fine - but you cannot rely on them

I had an ultrasound for bladder and kidney with JIGAR. He was very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Thank you, Jigar. I also want to complement the administrative assistant outfront, Mary. Mary was able to squeeze me in luckily for me on a Friday afternoon. I’ve not been feeling well, so it was very comforting to get Schedule so quickly. Thank you, Mary.
