Absolute brutal experience trying to schedule a follow up for results. The phone is never answered, had to leave multiple messages to get a call back about a potential change in appointment time to accommodate shift work, where they told me they just cancelled my appointment without speaking to me. After 2 weeks of calling still no appointment booked. Save your time and go to a different clinic if you want results.
Overall my stay was good and the technician working last night was very professional. She was bubbly and overall a joy to work with. However, in the morning (today) I awoke to the arrival of another staff member named Jane. She was completely unprofessional talking about how other staff were unreliable because they fell on ice and hurt themselves, so they had to call in. I would think of going here for your study. It is hard to find and in an industrial complex. The staff at the clinic are great and make you comfortable. What I didn't like was the communication between the clinic and doctors and me and my medical supplier. No response by them after faxes and phones messages by me. Setting cannot be adjusted without it. Poor service causing the whole process to be disturbing.
