The new location is a lot better. The staff were professional and respectful. My technician Hailey was very nice.
Anxious about my first overnight sleep study last night but arrived and felt so very reasured by the kind staff. The beds are comfortable doubles so room to toss and turn. The staff are patient and they lead you through all the steps and cater to your regular sleep time. I can't recommend this clinic enough. Super pleased I choose this location rather than Peterborough based on friends experiences. Well worth the 1 hour drive. I have an appointment in 4 weeks for the results which is my only negative. First assessment was amazing. Friendly calming attitude from everyone. Comfy beds and real relaxed sleeping rules. Second assessment was for a mask and had the same experience. Do it. Get sleep
I apprecated the kind and helpful staff who helped make the experience very positive.
Wasn’t sure what to expect going into it but the staff were great and the place was clean. Only suggestion based on my personal experience is take (or ask for) ear plugs!
