Dr Rys is in the wrong profession. As an RN l am appalled at her lack of competency and compassion. When l was in an appointment with her and my mom was in the hospital dying she actually took my phone from me when the hospital called me! I had to wait 2 weeks for her to get around to completing caregiver benefits forms then charged me $40. I developed shingles during this difficult time due to the stress over mums mom and again l had to wait over a week to get an appointment with her to get pain meds for severe pain.
