Dr KANAGESWAREN is an AMAZING doctor!!! He takes the time to listen and explain things so I can understand, and very thorough. He takes time to call about results in evening to save me time. And even helped a family member during their rough time, when they couldn't get there, by taking time to call few times that week to help, and advocate for the specialists who needed to see them sooner. Dr. KANGASWAREN can get stuffed. I have never met such an uncaring, unprofessional and lazy doctor. He had my wife fill out the paperwork for him and erase over it because he's just that incompetent and lazy. He has routinely been 1-3h late for an appointment. He had no idea about basics in his profession as a doctor and my wife needed to remind him of basic procedures and policies. Dr Rys is in the wrong profession. As an RN l am appalled at her lack of competency and compassion. When l was in an appointment with her and my mom was in the hospital dying she actually took my phone from me when the hospital called me! I had to wait 2 weeks for her to get around to completing caregiver benefits forms then charged me $40. I developed shingles during this difficult time due to the stress over mums mom and again l had to wait over a week to get an appointment with her to get pain meds for severe pain.
