Ron and his wife Tina really helped me for a second time. They simply can't disappoint. I moved out of town and broke some wires on the partial they made almost a year earlier. I was honestly abusive to the advice and was very hard on it. Having moved out of Northumberland County, there were some politics Tina needed to wade through in order to get my insurance to cover a repair. I can't speak about other denturists in the area... Personally, that is. Ron is a true professional. He's been at it since 1995, and doesn't look a day over fifty. Went in for a quick consultation, a week later another quick visit to make sure my impressions lined up, then another couple of weeks to get my bottom partial! Compare that to what dentists like Lighthouse offer: the (travelling) denturist is available once or twice a month, comes from Toronto, and aren't available when you have an issue. I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel I have to regarding my recent denture treatment. I needed new dentures and I have the Canadian Dental Care Plan also called CDCP. When I called, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I immediately felt comfortable and booked an appointment. When I met the denturist, he was friendly and professional. I felt rushed and that I was nothing more than a nuissence. I'm disappointed I didn't get the great guy that the other patrons have reviewed. Perhaps it was just because it was Monday or something else was going on. Response: The way you spoke to me was abrupt and dismissive. I am a very gregarious person who gets along with nearly everyone. Nearly. You took more time typing your response than you spent with me on Monday. I'm sure you have provided great service to a lot of people. I was not one of them.
