Ian and folks at this shop gave my family a Xmas miracle. Above all, these are honest, friendly, professional and decent people. Day before Xmas eve, driving whole family (6 ppl) from Toronto to Ottawa when one tire started losing pressure. A friend recommended him about my 2013 Chevrolet Captiva Sport . I understood what he was trying to say but there's a way to explain it and i didn't appreciate how he spoke to me. Plus in the end he couldn't have done anything without me coming out of pocket,and why would i ,since im paying for a warranty. My starter died at 130pm on the Friday of a long weekend. I was 2 hours away from home and these guys stayed late to get me back on the road. I'm very appreciative of them going above and beyond to help me out.
