My parked car was hit by another vehicle December 16th 2024, and my insurance company sent my car to Simplicity. I got my car back March 27th 2025... $10,000 damage, 3.5 months to repair with no communication within that time period. I finally get my car back and the backup camera barely works, my seatbelt takes 4 times to get it to hold, my back seat was never reinstalled properly, and the hood of my car doesn't like to pop when lever is pulled, it takes several attempts.
