Kudos on the growing variety of low carb, Keto, and diabetic diet baking products! A year ago one had to depend mostly on online shopping for alternative flours, sugar free confection sugars, etc. So much better to be able to bake my cookies and cakes when the mood strikes rather than when UPS can deliver products. I hope this continues to be profitable so that you can supply it!
