My 3 year old labrador had a surgery here and then died from complications. When trying to discuss my concerns about his management, I was told, amongst many other things that Dr. Coble would hang up the phone if I did not "shut up". As a grieving pet owner, I found this emotionally distressing. As a member of the medical profession, I found it appalling.
This place is a friggin joke. Made me leave work to bring payment as my sister took my puppy their to get shots. Was treated like garbage and talked down to. Then they wondered why I asked for his records because I am taking him somewhere else. Then the vet was mean to him and just jabbed the needle in him making him Yelp in pain. Bunch of crap. Will NEVER go back there again!!
These mf were gonna let my dog die because they had to close early for a christmas party. Since they wouldn't help him I had to scramble to find a vet who was open. His intestance were clogged full of worms and he was near death and they refused to help him because of a freaking Christmas party.
Coble has the best veterinarians in town! Rene and the front office staff always treat us great too.
I absolutely LOVE your housecall service! Not that I don't like coming to the hospital, but you know our cat Minnie is not a fan of leaving the house. THANK YOU!
Coble has been around forever! My family has always taken their pets to Dr. Coble and his group of veterinarians since the 40's. I have always gotten wonderful service and my pet gets lots of TLC. Their flea medications are the cheapest I have found anywhere and I love the free nail trims.
