My 3 year old labrador had a surgery here and then died from complications. When trying to discuss my concerns about his management, I was told, amongst many other things that Dr. Coble would hang up the phone if I did not "shut up". As a grieving pet owner, I found this emotionally distressing. As a member of the medical profession, I found it appalling.

Frank Coble should not be practicing veterinary medicine. 1) He has early Alzheimer's. 2) He's nearly deaf--- do you want him listening to your dogs heart and lungs? I once saw him get angry, throw his glasses on the floor and stomp on them. Is this normal behaviour for a 70+ year old man, or a 5 year old child? I'll let you be the judge.

Serious management issues at this place. Has anyone else noticed that the sign out front ALWAYS says, "now hiring"?
