Staying in a condo on SPI, Texas with internet WIFI services supplied Cobianet. Service is extremely erratic here on a laptop and cell phone, dropping connections often , very slow upload speed at times as low as 0.06 Mbps - could not send out a simple email, had to tether to phone mobile network to get some work done while here on a vacation.
