I chose curly and creative haircut and showed hairdresser the pic 1, the result is pic 2, I’m super frustrated but later on the manager contacted me and did some corrective action which made me feel better. So I give 3 stars because of her efforts
I had my hair cut by Jess and had a great experience! She was friendly, listened to what I wanted, and did an amazing job with my haircut. I’m really happy with how it turned out. The whole appointment was comfortable and enjoyable

Harleen did a great job on a medium length hair cut with curtain bangs for my teenage daughter Kiko cut my long curly hair with confidence . I asked for a long bob
I visited with my two children and myself for three haircuts in total. Haleen did a decent job with the kids’ trims, and I had no issues with their haircuts. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her for adult haircuts. I specifically asked for a LOB, but it seemed she wasn’t familiar with what I was requesting. She cut it much shorter than I wanted and, to make matters worse, the haircut ended up very uneven. The cut is noticeably skewed and not aligned properly on both sides.
