Very rude old ladies at the registration desks. No sense of the minimum standards of costumer service. Faces looks angry and annoyed, rude tones when speaking to the patients makes you feel like they're doing you a favor or something. If you dont like the job quit and let someone else do it better !. Worst clinic I've been to so far !

My dad who is 91 spent four days in emergency was surround by wonderful doctors and especially the nurses and there was one security officer was so nice to sit with my dad and she even checked on him other times She was a gift for sure. My dads name is Rene and I appreciated everyone’s kindness.
Brought my 91 yr old mother for an X-ray. The guy at registration looked like he might slide out of his chair, he could barely reach his keyboard he was slouched so much. He never uttered a word to us, didn’t confirm any details (like the gal next to us was confirming, address, doctor, next of kin, etc). For a young man, he looked so discouraged and disheartened, he clearly either had a really really bad day or hates his job. I cannot think of a better day than Thanksgiving to get a message to the wonderful doctors and their teams at Cobequid Emergency. In particular Dr Moe ,Dr Collin and Dr Ross and the wonderful nurses. Thank you all so very much for the excellent care and extra effort you put into my situation on Thursday Sept. 25/25 .
