I have been going to this place for 7 years and it has gone down drastically since it turned corporate owned. All of the prices have increased 30% with no warning this past summer. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats so the increase is getting to be too much. Also the customer service has declined since there was a large staff turnover. I will be shopping for a new place that cares more for the animals than the price tag.
