I am experience with COBE Realestate and specifically Preston Beck was better than expected. I’ve been looking for a property for a year now. I’ve worked with a couple different companies and found nothing. Preston knocked on my door and then found me a property in 1 day. Thank you for your help
Spent some time working with Preston trying to find a retail space for a new business. He was eager and quick to respond to messages/calls. He found several properties and helped navigate this new venture. Thanks Preston for being so helpful.
Preston was phenomenal. We reached out to many agents and received no calls back. However, with Preston communication was wonderful. My mother, sister and I would highly recommend reaching out to him for your commercial property needs, while we didn’t go with a property that he showed us his customer service is exemplary.
Noah is so awesome to work with. He is responsive, proactive and great at following up to get the job done. We are thankful for COBE real estate helping us out with our commercial property search. The team is wonderful!
We recently purchased commercial real estate with the help of Steve and Tara. They were both exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. Steve was calm and clear thinking even in stressful situations and Tara seemed to work magic the way she could pull all the loose ends together even after hours. We are so thankful to have found a broker who does his job well and operates with honesty and integrity. Thank you Steve and Tara!
