I lease a space that was recently managed by Cobe real estate, and they were absolutely terrible to work with. They could not keep the billing straight, the common areas were overgrown, constant trash around the dumpster, and general neglect of the building. My suite is sinking, cracks in the walls, gaps (1/4 to 1/2 inch) in between the glass and window seal, for several months/years.
