Absolutely horrible and unreliable. I am consistently waiting 30+ minutes for a bus. They need more drivers or less stops; not to mention they drive past you when you’re at the stop. MARTA is so much better to ride

Bus #1103 impeded the Northwest Corridor Toll Road by staying in the 575 lane till the last minute to take the 75 North exit lane at 4:35 Tuesday, 4/14/26. This caused an unnecessary traffic stoppage and several irate 75 North drivers honked their horns to voice their displeasure. Shame on 1103.
Not only are some of the drivers some of the most disrespectful people ever. They also have completely screwed up on their payment system. It's ridiculous that they are not all on the same page with their fare. Customer service and people stills such. They need to hire new people all together.
