miserable office staff person letting me know that "I should know about my escrow" and maybe the property tax I'm trying to pay is a fake bill. unbelievably rude for first time home buyer

Everything was smooth with the closing for Lake Burnett, but we are in 2024. Commission checks should never be mailed via regular USPS to the brokerage. They can easily get lost or take longer than usual. They should mailed via next day service. This is the first time any title company has send a commission check via regular mail. I don't know for other brokerages, but for my brokerage, this is completely unacceptable.
