Stayed at the new Cobblestone in Denmark Wisconsin! Paid with hotels.com and gave them my cc for incidentals and $25 pet fee! Woke up today 2 days later and I had an additional $98 charge! Called the front desk to ask why and she said I can't help you! So I paid $350 for a mediocre hotel

Haven't even stayed at the hotel yet, however, the communication I've have with the front desk and with the reservations employees is making me regret my decision to stay there already. The people I have dealt with are rude and clueless and either can't or are unwilling to provide the most basic of information.

Location-2 stars (turn into hotel parking lot was tricky at night, hard to see, slowing down to turn left when you cannot see due to no street lights is an accident waiting to happen). Friendliness of staff 4-checking in was treated with a friendly staff member. Next morning when we went to check out about 10am, front desk lights were out, no one was around.
