This is the tennis/basketball court that the HOA decided to make a garden with members dues. Unfortunately, not all tennants get a key to access this area. Also, the president of the HOA harrasses anyone who has visitors by threatening to have their vehicles towed; unless you are one of her friends. So it appears someone couldn't handle pics of their rundown tennis court, complete with makeshift garden boxes. SMH, what they hiding? 🤫
This is a joke of an association. If you can appreciate a bunch of nosey old retired ladies watching your every move, then this is the place for you. The tenants have tried to change the board members with the votes, but they even control that so it never happens. Their fees are much higher than any others with no amenities other than a pool, that they highly regulate.
