My complex is quite. Its gated Neighbors are retired couples or working Class. Maintenance is efficient and timely. HOA fees are very reasonable. Enjoyed living here thus far.
I live here and love it. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, very low key. I'm happy. Homeless people on their bikes like to dig in the dumpsters and make a mess though. This place would benefit greatly if it was gated like it's sister community next door.
