I was in my third trimester when we found out we would be moving for my husbands work and had to sell our house. We had several projects going on our house and the team at cobblestone helped us prioritize what needed to be done, gave us reliable names for contractors and guided me through staging. Their advice and having someone we trusted to sell our home after we moved was invaluable.
Amazing team! Do not be fooled by negative reviews referencing another company, Google should remove them. My wife and I fell in love with richmond and it's historical charm and decided to buy with cobblestone. They gave us exactly what we wanted in the historic church hill neighborhood. Our realtor Joey was great the whole process and always kept us informed. The house is stunning and the attention to detail is perfect! We were extremely lucky to be able to be associated with this company!

We are so thrilled with our house in the Forest Hill area. It was a major renovation from a tiny nondescript and broken down cape cod 1,100 square feet, transformed into a wonderful home, 2,500 square feet. Josh and his team have exceptional taste not typical of any builder I have ever met. He has a vision and you just have to let him go with it. We are in an area where track home builders/developers have destroyed the quality, uniqueness and character of homes being built.. These builders have given construction a bad image and reputation.
