How do you give negative stars? Been waiting 7 months for a 2500$ damage deposit to be returned. Have called and emailed dozens of times and no replies or acknowledgment. Horrendous company and customer service.
Our family had a wonderful four day mini vacation. The chalet was comfy and cozy. We loved how close we were to the hiking trails and enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. We appreciated all the little details in the chalet. We will definitely be back.
The condo we stayed in was good - lots of room for our group of seven. The kitchen was very nice, fully equipped. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. We did have heat/air conditioning issues which wasn’t a huge problem due to the time of year we stayed. The building service people were contacted, and they indicated they would fix the issue. Poor communication. Our condo was okay - had heat/air conditioning issues and the elevator in the building stopped working for a day (we had an elderly person in our group). The problem - an item was left in the condo. An email was sent to see if it was found and we were told that Cobblestone would need to check with staff. Thirteen days later, and only after another email to check in from us, we were told the item had been found and did we want it mailed back. We replied yes and offered to pay for postage. WARNING: I am having a similar experience to many posts that I now see on Google. We paid a $3,000 deposit on a rental property almost a year ago and I fear we will lose our money. We cannot get a hold of anyone and our booking is coming up next week. We have friends and family flying in from all over and we are in a panic. Perhaps this will get me a response from someone at Cobblestone. This is no way to run a business.
