UPSETTING. We sent in our comforter for a cleaning last Saturday 09/09/2017, we've talked to numerous people there DAILY. The person who initally spoke to my husband after we dropped off the comforter stated it would be ready for pick up in 3 days. So, Wednesday comes along and they say it's not ready give it until Friday or Saturday. WELL.. we literally just got off the phone again and now it's supposedley won't be ready until Monday. Worst service and experience thus far. Could've saved my $25.00 and gone elsewhere.
