Took my 2019 outback through, not in terrible shape, but certainly in need of a wash. A bird had nested above my parking spot so there was a fair bit of mess left by them all over the car. It came out with dirt streaks, the front looked untouched, the back windshield was still streaked with dirt, and the bird poop was still there. After the $23, "premium" option. I've never met a car salesman with more high pressure sales tactics than the guy who harassed me non-stop about buying their monthly pass. Just wanted a single wash, but he wouldn't let it go. I eventually just put the car into reverse and left.
Was a great experience for almost a year until one day they decided cars with a tack aren’t allowed. It never has been an issue nor had caused an issue. No warning or anything just turned business away.
Came in about a month ago for a wash. Noticed scratches on my roof right after. Filed a claim, and of course they said they watched the footage but denied it.They claimed their brush doesn’t go that way…which is complete BS. No accountability. Be careful and avoid their automatic wash.
