Came in about a month ago for a wash. Noticed scratches on my roof right after. Filed a claim, and of course they said they watched the footage but denied it.They claimed their brush doesn’t go that way…which is complete BS. No accountability. Be careful and avoid their automatic wash.

I love the fresh towels to wipe windows and outside surfaces. The staff is constantly coming through and replenishing them and checking all the vacuums to make sure everything is stellar. So many different locations all over town makes it convenient
Company is overrun by poor mannered and unprofessional employees. The management and corporate leadership is entirely corrupt and they are selling $1 worth of soap for $288 a year.
Car rinse rather than car wash. If your car is truly dirty (after a camping trip, for example), it will be cleaner, but not clean. Spent another 20 mins wiping the car with towels. There were a lot of wet towels, so that’s a plus.
