Went to the car wash this morning. I think they need to do some work in here. First of all the water smell heavily of mildew and sulfur. Second, it just didn’t clean very well. I’ve used this location a couple times and it’s never been this bad.
They clean the undercarriage! Big plus. Didnt get all the bugs off the windshield, but i finally got the undercarriage cleaned. I live in OK, and none of the carwashes in Enid clean the undercarriage. Driving on dirt roads in OK gets a LOT of dirt built up underneath.
My car was ok, but not clean! Also they don't have any glas cleaner. What is ridiculous! I never saw any car wash who doesn't provide that.
I wash my Tesla here several times a month. I use the basic version and it was fine. All that was left was a quick wipe. The last time they washed the sides and lightly cleaned the center of the hood. A layer of dust and dirt remained on the roof, trunk, and sides of the hood. They didn't even try to clean it. After pulling up to the kiosk, this nice young lady come to find out her name was Amy helped me out with everything I needed. I'm a bit older, so it took me a minute to navigate everything. But she helped me out tremendously. After the car wash, she came out to the vehicle to make sure everything went plenty smooth. And I don't think it could have went any better. Thanks again, cobblestone for great service and an excellent wash.
