Horrible experience! My car is dirty now then it was before. Staff was nice but other then that go somewhere better.
Amy at this location is sincere and professional. She was suggesting an upsell that didn't sound like she had a huge quota. It was smooth and a helpful suggestion. Best upsell I've had in decades. On 2 different instances her above average customer service skills were quite apparent. Im certain Cobblestone is under paying here. Thank you Amy for treating customers so well. Gary
