This car wash was absolutely garbage! Barely took the dirt off!!
I had a helmet stuck on the bottom of my car from the truck that was in front of me. Before the truck went through the car wash the employee was first lifting something from the trunk and when the truck started getting pulled in the car wash the employee just tried to shove it quickly back down and kept talking in the walkie talkie until he was signaling me to pull up. There was an issue and hydraulic fluid got all over my truck from their equipment and wouldnt wash off. I was highly upset because a detail was needed. Their regional manager reached out and apologized. He paid for a detail and owned up to a mistake that he wasn't really responsible for as it was a freak accident. Keeping my membership, well done guys.
