Got a free carwash through the Denver Avalanche Promotion and was very disappointed with the results! My car was still dirty once finished the upside was the FREE Vacuums witch is ALWAYS a nice. But a simple wash and their car wash couldn't even remove the dirt off the side of my car. Other than the car wash itself, I was pleased with their customer service. The first time I've been here, the employee inside the wash was was standing in front of the sign on the left that tells you what to do gear wise with your car. The employee keeps waving me to go forward, then walks away. I thought the car wheel was on the track and being held. No one told me to go in neutral, and I never saw the sign because of the employee standing in front of it. My vehicle bumps the car in front of me. Sam saved the day today! I locked my phone and my keys in my car and he was nice enough to help me get ahold of AAA for help. 10/10, I come here regularly and would recommend the same to everyone else
As a current member, I encountered an issue while washing my car; I urgently needed to use the restroom, but a staff member refused me access. This was surprising, especially since other locations have always been willing to share their restrooms with clients.
Very great got unlimited.
