BEWARE DAMAGE! Visited the car wash on 9/3 at 6:20pm. The car wash damaged my side view mirror, knocking off the cover and scratching it in multiple places. The wash appeared to be malfunctioning, as it stopped in the middle of the wash and took a while to restart. When I brought the damage to the staff’s attention and asked for them to locate my damaged parts, the girl working the wash entrance laughed in my face and walked away. Friendly staff decent prices and a good wash
My family and I drove back through the Midwest through storms so our front end was CAKED in bugs. We went through and I said what the hell and got the best package, the attendant was incredible, she said if it didn't work we could go through another time on them. Sure enough, we had to and there was still some after. Another attendant brought us a rag soaked in bug removal and it took the rest right off and brought suckers for my kiddos even. That treatment alone has earned all my business for both my vehicles.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I would have looked at the reviews for this specific car wash because their equipment cracked my windshield and they aren’t taking responsibility for it. I never exited the premises and they still refuse to pay for it.
