DO NOT GO HERE! I went in with my new car, and came out with horizontal scratches ALL over! The guy working at the desk took all my info along with pics for claim, but the manager called back and denied ALL responsibility of it. They say none of their machines could leave marks in that direction.. How else could this happen to a brand new car?! Seriously, don’t come here. There are a lot of other car washes around in Lakewood that will NOT leave your car damaged.
Car was damaged and business has failed to respond. On February 19, 2025 this car wash severely scratched the driver's side of my vehicle. The attendant on duty acknowledged the damaged, took pictures, completed a report, and promised that someone would follow up within 2 days. To date the business has failed to respond entirely. The corporate office for Cobblestone had promised to get them to address the situation but has been completely unsuccessful. The conveyer belt rammed my car repeatedly into the car in front of me, which had gotten stuck. Ultimately my car got stuck too. Judging by the reaction of the employees I don’t think this was the first time this had happened
Unlimited deal is great, staff is friendly, for a soft touch car wash Cobblestone is not only my closest option but far better than 70% of what I've tried in Denver.
