Zero Stars. Cobblestone Car Wash is a complete disaster. They broke my mirror, mirror cap, turn signal light, and reflector on a brand new car. Staff was clueless, unprofessional, and got defensive instead of helping, casually saying “broken mirrors happen all the time.” Ended up paying over $400 out of pocket plus Uber charges to fix it myself, and they refused to take any responsibility. Zero accountability, zero professionalism — avoid this place at all costs.
The was super-average. Even after buying platinum, car wash was mediocre. There are no cleaners available to help clean interior or remnants the car wash misses; like the entire grill and mirrors. I’m glad I didn’t buy a membership. The average these days is to have cleaners available.
