Fast, fast. Fast. Free vacuum and towels. My mom passed away and I had to cancel all her stuff that was reoccurring. They handled it fast and efficiently while many companies were a pain in the but. My wife and I both have memberships. Its like 25$ a month to wash as much as I want.
Tenant at the front ignored myself and another driver as we paid for our washes then just waved as we drove forward. Then there was nobody to turn on the wash or spray and guide us in for several minutes. Had to honk to get an employees attention. They also left half of the brushes in the wash turned off. I’ve been to this place a couple of times but this was unacceptable. Highly recommend anyone needing a wash avoids this place, awful staff.

My account was flagged for multiple cars. I had platinum unlimited with a Jeep. They told me that a Honda had been using my account. Now the unlimited is linked to a phone number and license plate number so if someone else was using my account why wasn't I notified. No, Instead they flagged my account, took my payment and cancelled my account all at the same time. I had to call for a refund and they refused to do that because it was "pending investigation".
