The people who greet you are always nice, but the actual car wash is not so great. You have to park and use the provided washcloths to get your car clean, even though you've just paid for that service. The car wash misses spots and just doesn't do it's job properly. I don't expect it to be perfect by any means, but it should not require so much work on the customer's part to finish it. If they could fix the machines, it would be great!
Fast, fast. Fast. Free vacuum and towels. My mom passed away and I had to cancel all her stuff that was reoccurring. They handled it fast and efficiently while many companies were a pain in the but. My wife and I both have memberships. Its like 25$ a month to wash as much as I want.
Tenant at the front ignored myself and another driver as we paid for our washes then just waved as we drove forward. Then there was nobody to turn on the wash or spray and guide us in for several minutes. Had to honk to get an employees attention. They also left half of the brushes in the wash turned off. I’ve been to this place a couple of times but this was unacceptable. Highly recommend anyone needing a wash avoids this place, awful staff.
