I just moved to this area and went to redeem a coupon to check out this car wash to see if I should get the unlimited washes. The coupon wasn’t working and Joaquin was great. He hooked me up; the free vacuums and towels are nice too for hand drying and getting my mats.
Showed up at 7:45 this morning paid for my car wash. They appear to be working on it. I sat for a few minutes. Waited for somebody to come up to the actual wash and direct me in, but that never happened after a few minutes I had to leave so I paid for a car wash and didn’t get it today. Super frustrating and a very, very poor level of customer service in my opinion so I’m probably gonna cancel my membership just due to this experience.
I love a clean car and cobblestone makes it super convenient having multiple locations around Colorado. Keith showed me exceptional professionalism at this location today greeting me with a smile and helping me through the gate. :) Edit: closes early sometimes?? You can’t hang around 10 more minutes and let people drive through ?
Broke my license plate cover. Wouldn’t do anything about it. I’m a member and wash my car weekly. Only one I’ve ever had a problem at is this one.
