I was not told the month membership would auto-renew and after only the second time using this car wash the machine took off a piece of my roof and though I was able to get the piece back, the clip that attaches it to my roof is broke. When I was autocharged another month for this membership I will never use again I immediately canceled it and received a confirmation email of the cancelation.
