Warning - it looks like I'm not the only one who has had my car damaged here recently! The car wash machinery broke my passenger side mirror. Staff on-site directed me to fill out an incident report and said I should expect a call from corporate and since my car didn't have any pre-existing damage I'd probably get a reimbursement offer in a few days.
