Should've read the reviews first. Approached the wash and saw they had brushes, so backed out of the line. A kid came up and asked why, and I said I wanted touchless. He said they could do that, they just needed to change a setting when I went through. He convincingly told the guy operating something and then gave me a thumbs up. Went in and it was full touch. Came out with scratches and a car that somehow wasn't even clean.
Awful car wash. Doesn’t even get your car properly clean. They will sign you up for a membership with recurring charges without your knowledge. Go elsewhere!
Broke my mirror and lights. Most expensive car wash in the area and the quality of the wash is below average, at best. No mat cleaning and no “hand dry” at the end.
This is a good Cobblestone Car Wash with clear and plentiful supplies of towels.
I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. During my visit, the wash broke my side mirror. I had to tape it just to be able to drive safely afterward. I immediately reported the issue, but I still haven’t heard back from management with any solution or even basic follow-up. I called today to check on the status, and the operator told me that the location “doesn’t exist” in their system, even though I was just there. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
