Came out with a nice deep scratch on the driver side door. Fresh grease also all over the driver side. Wash stopped mid car wash. This 100% happened in the wash. I use to work at a similar style of car wash so definitely try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this for sure happened in the wash.

Should've read the reviews first. Approached the wash and saw they had brushes, so backed out of the line. A kid came up and asked why, and I said I wanted touchless. He said they could do that, they just needed to change a setting when I went through. He convincingly told the guy operating something and then gave me a thumbs up. Went in and it was full touch. Came out with scratches and a car that somehow wasn't even clean.
