Terribly managed by a kid who has no business working at a car wash.
Cobblestone denied any liability citing that they do not cover any damage done to trim and antenna. The threads are completely ripped through. Then to top it off, the car wash didn't even clean my car well. Thanks Cobblestone!
Three months ago, while using this car wash, a customer in the lane next to me struck the yellow gate divider, causing it to fall onto the hood of my car. Two staff members witnessed the incident. I also filed an incident report on-site that day. Despite being told that management would contact me within 24 hours, it took over two weeks for anyone to get back to me.
