Sold me a car wash that didn’t wash my car and they wouldn’t let me go through again. Was thinking about getting a membership for 4 vehicles but not for this terrible customer service.
Scratched both sides of my new truck from fender to bumper. Canceled my membership and told them why and they didn't care. If you want to ruin your car or truck go here.
Went through with their “platinum wash” just a few minutes ago. It started off by the guy telling me to go to neutral just short of the conveyor belt, leaving my tire to get chewed up by the tabs until I could get back into drive and safely inch forward. After getting out I found my license plate somehow bent, and a lot of micro scratches that hadn’t been there before. I know to wipe my cars down in one direction, so definitely didn’t come from me.
