Cancelled the membership and they still charged me. Get it together. Are you that desperate for money. Update spoke with someone and she refunded the 3 months they over charged me. Thanks customer service lady
I just moved to Colorado and absolutely love my car. I went to cobblestone, got the platinum wash and loved the way my car looked afterwards. The staff was very friendly and informative, the place itself looked very cleaned and well maintained, and the vacuums worked better than any other car wash I have been to before. I will definitely be purchasing a membership here next time I come though. Highly recommend!
I reached out regarding damage to my vehicle that occurred at one of your locations. Upon discovering the damage, I reported it to a service attendant and filled out all of the necessary paper work and provided photos of the damage to my vehicle. The attendant informed me that someone would reach out within a week to move forward with getting the issue resolved. No one ever reached out.
