It's okay of a car wash as a member I really wished they had Matt cleaners at this location
Car wash is pretty decent and convenient, however car wash attendance need to disclose before signing up for the monthly car wash plans they should let you know BEFORE! Taking your credit card or debit card information that it will be a automatic reoccurring charge on your card unless you cancel 30 DAYS prior to the next charge, this is NOT good business practice not informing customers BEFORE charging them. A month ago we went to the car wash and it caused significant damage to my bmw. I have scratches all over my car and marks from the brushes. I went to the car wash the next day to show them the damage to my car. The manager said he submitted the claim to corporate and it could take up to 2 weeks.
