Cobblestone Car Wash does a good job overall. The wash itself was good, though I did have to go through a second time due to some streaks and missed spots on my hood. That said, the service was fast and extremely friendly, which I really appreciated. The main reason for four stars is the long wait to find an open vacuum. At another location, the line for the vacuums was so long it was backing up into the car wash. Solid wash and great staff — just needs better vacuum flow management.
Young Man named Bryce was professional, helpful and friendly.
The wash was decent, but not special enough that I would buy a membership.
I was told the membership would be $24 but was charged $39. They did not tell me that having a previous membership disqualified me from the promotional discount but charged me without telling me the new price. What is astounding is I immediately asked for a refund at the gate. They said I would have to call a number. I did and they ALSO refused to give me a refund. @ 2:50 p.m. on 1/29/26
