Pay $30 for a membership I can’t use- no employees seem to be interested in solving this issue Edit- no response from the company, they have not reached out even tho google says they have 😂 I do want to recognize the young man that got my wash corrected, he was out in the sun working the car line, took him a while to get the correct information but I got my wash. His manager was watching the struggle from inside. Manager do better
One worker at this location to where people backed up because they could not get help. Their air pumps spot water instead of air. Also the port person is very unprofessional and when my husband put the car in neutral his hand slipped and but it back gear sending the car about and inch so the lady smashed her paddle against our windshield. We told the manager who came outside hostile before we even got to even explain the situation. This location has gone to trash in the last few years, starts with management.
Used it many times, greatest.Will continue to use.
They close at 6:40 don't worry I updated the hours .That way we don't show up waste $3.90 a gallon worth of gas. Before I went checked they were open to break my heart. And I bet no compensation no break. Thanks world. I appreciate yall.
