The first time I've been here, the employee inside the wash was was standing in front of the sign on the left that tells you what to do gear wise with your car. The employee keeps waving me to go forward, then walks away. I thought the car wheel was on the track and being held. No one told me to go in neutral, and I never saw the sign because of the employee standing in front of it. My vehicle bumps the car in front of me. Edit: 3 Stars -> 5 stars. Customer service called back first thing next morning. Owned it. Offered a credit. I’m impressed. Car wash itself is fine. Only posting because this is the second time: The coupons that are marketed and emailed do not always work. I’m sitting in an entry lane at cobblestone right now. When I call the support number it goes to voicemail. Local team is not able to do anything / will not honor the coupon. The coupon code (which I have not used previously), is timing out. A week ago, his machines removed the plastic from my truck, and he left twice and nobody gives me an answer about anything, the next time I go, it will be with my lawyer. : (
