I had been a couple times before but the last time I went in, the machine ripped out the back piece of my car and my rear view camera. They found the car piece in the middle of the car wash. All this just from a standard car wash. I filed an incident onsite and the employee said I should hear back within 48 hours. It’s been 8 days now and I haven’t heard anything. I called corporate after 2 days and they said it could take 3-5 business days. Still nothing and it has gone to voicemail each time I’ve tried to call again…
An attendant here enrolled me in a monthly sub without my consent; Colorado law C.R.S. § 6-1-732 requires clear disclosure"). They offered me a 30 day special for multiple washes which I purchased in December 2025. They made no mention that it was a subscription. Started getting monthly charges the next month despite not using their services after the 30 day mark. Read the other reviews and you’ll see they’ve done this to others. I am pursuing a full refund of the two unauthorized charges.
Best value for your buck. Always friendly staff, always squeaky clean car and extras like free vacuums and wet towels to wipe your car in and out. Definitely 5 star service and it keeps me coming back. The manager Jacob helped me out today and I’m forever grateful for such great service… thanks
My windshield wipers were bent twice - I showed the manager Jacob - gave them receipt for services- it’s been 3 wks has cost me over $1k to fix - Jacob has said 3 times Tony district manager would call me to discuss- he hasn’t called once- they don’t care - I have canceled my membership- they don’t deserve any business- customer service is despicable - don’t bring your car there
