Our 4 Runner passenger side mirror was broken off during our car wash 8/22/26. Damage was reported at that time. Forms were filled out and pictures taken. After 1 month, we have just been told the claim was denied due to my my husband's "operator error". There was no error indicated by attendant the time of the wash. There is no appeal process. Beware, this is extremely poor customer service!
