$18 later and there was still dirt and soap on my car. I was running errands so didn't have time to stop in the office. I called and left a voicemail to discuss the condition of my car, haven't spoken to anyone yet.

$23 for nothing. Totally inefficient washing machine for a moderately dirty car. They are more interested in selling subscriptions instead of fixing their machine. Never ever again.
