the free vacuum service is great, like others that do so, but when i was there the vacuum was being very weak. Also, the blue wipes are nice to borrow but probably not good for window washing(smeared), just interior wiping
The first and only time I will ever use this place, the machine snapped my back windshield wiper off my newish Subaru (right as I was exiting, the very last wash cycle). I drove all the way back and showed them, and they declined covering my damage because they said that all of their machinery was in working order. So I just wanted to warn people.... This is the only car wash that I've ever been to that caused damage! And they weren't even responsible enough to cover it. Beware!
When this place was Firehouse, it gave a bad wash then. Way too fast of wash/rinse/dry cycles. Vehicle still dirty/ sudsy. Now that it's changed to Cobblestone, it's still awful. Same bad equipment. Truck still filthy afterwards. Just paid more for the same bad result.
